• Certified Copy of Power of Attorney - $10.00
• Oaths and Affirmations - $10.00
• Jurats - $10.00

Loan Packages

• Local in escrow office loan signing - $125.00
• 2nd set loan docs - $50.00

Travel Fees (included in loan packages)

• Local (up to 30 miles round trip) - $25.00
• All other areas (30+ miles round trip) - please call for rate
• Additional travel fees before 8:00 am & after 7:00 pm - $50.00
• Local jails $200.00

Other Fees

• E-Doc's - $40.00
• Cancellation fee - less than 2 hours notice - $50.00
• Excessive Waiting Times - $50.00 per hour (prorated) over 20 minutes
